Friday, April 19, 2013. So I have lots to blog about. Ben's NEW job. we found out what the gender of our baby is. Abbi turned 18 months. Lots going on here, but I need to write down a little about my day. First of all I have to say that it is sort of a miracle that I made it through the day without stabbing myself with a fork AND all of my children survived. Like your eyes - they are creepy! Thursday, September 27, 2012. Abbi is one today! I can't believe it's been a year ready. It seems like she's always been here but at the same time it feels like she was just born yesterday. I never thought I'd get so emotional at my kids birthdays but I totally do. Here are some fun facts that I would like to remember about Abbi at one year old. She walks all over the place. She is very sweet and loving. She loves to cuddle. Has started pulling her own hair. Has only two teeth. Loves to pinch people.

Monday, January 7, 2013. We had two amazing weeks of holiday celebration. We had a great Christmas and were able to go visit family in Utah for New Years. We had our Daddy home for two whole weeks! Monday, December 24, 2012. The morning of Christmas Eve the kids found Ralphie hanging on our Christmas countdown.. We packed a lot into Christmas Eve. Ben got home the day before so we ran to Idaho Falls so he could finish up his shopping.. We got home and the big kids played in the snow and spread their magic reindeer food.. Every Monday night is pizza night at our house so we made homemade pizzas. We let the kids open their Christmas Eve presents. We always get them new jammies. Make It and Love It.

Wednesday, November 28, 2012. A text from Santa. So I found this idea on Pinterest that is pretty much genius. I apparently just saw it and did it instead of pinning it so I have no source for you, sorry. Change the name on your own number in your phone and then send yourself texts from Santa. Since Slade can read now he is totally eating it up. After I showed him the first text he looked at Madie and said "it's really from Santa! I sure hope I can ride this one out till Christmas. And maybe longer.

We had mothers day, started painting the outside of our house, went to Utah for a weekend, had kindergarten graduation and worked on getting our yard ready for summer. Monday, August 27, 2012. We always tell our kids that if they don't get all of the sugar bugs off of their teeth when they brush that they will eat their teeth and give them a cavity. Well it happened - the sugar bugs got through and ate a hole in one of Slade's teeth.
