It is just a Candy Bar! May 8, 2015. May 8, 2015. As many of you know, I am on a very weird diet. Some odd things started to happen, none of which were related to the initial reasoning for being put on the diet. I “felt” much better. I didn’t need as much of my pain meds. I was able to sleep less. I had more energy at work. I didn’t need my scooter as much as I used to. While my pain level overall was much less, my arthritic pain increased. I did not expect that! Nor did the doctor! I stick to my guns.
