Sunday, February 28, 2010. Wesley was so excited for his party. He said that school wouldn't go fast enough. He wanted to open presents and eat cake right when he got home. This was the easiest cake ever and so fun to make. It took longer to cook the 4 round cakes than it took to decorate. Wesley loved it. He loves chocolate and that is what the cake was made of. Monday, December 13, 2010. STYLE: (verb): putting decorations. All over the tree anywhere they please. Even if the tree is lopsided and decorations. Are not on top (where they can't reach) or bottom ( just didn't think about bending down). I do not choose to decorated the Christmas tree. In the beginning. Of having kids I tried to decorate the tree just the way I wanted it, but that turned into sadness and frown. Faces so now I give that privilege to the kids. With Christmas music blaring.

Wednesday, May 5, 2010. It is a pig. Some people didn't know what the pink blob was. You can tell it is a pig right? Riley liked it. She wanted her candle right in the middle of the nose? Riley is so easy going that she could get a gift bag and have fun with it. She loved her birthday and did not want the attention to end. Wow 7 years old! I didn't hear a peep out of her room. I don't get that hug on Saturdays though because Saturday cartoons take top priority. We are so blessed to have Riley!

I was a little worried because I'm not the best pattern-maker but I'd say Search's. Bat wings turned out pretty well. No, he's not batman. He actually a vampire bat. Aaron's dad made both of the boys fangs that they could slip right over their K-9s with a little dentabond. They looked pretty scary with the fangs that looked real! It's kinda long :).
