Various restaurants, recipes, and foods. February 4, 2015. One of my favorite dishes! Nancy's Notes From Florida. After buying a plump eggplant at the Swap Shop in Fort Lauderdale, I had a choice of three dishes to make with it: My chopped eggplant appetizer, eggplant parmigian, or moussaka. I chose the last one and made a substantial dish that will last us several nights. Full recipe below. First I peeled and sliced the eggplant, then salted the slices. This bleeds out the bitterness.

Various restaurants, recipes, and foods. January 27, 2015. We all love to have dessert after a good meal, but some are so hard to make. Cheese cake cupcakes only take 30 minutes to make, and they are delicious. Original recipe makes 16 cupcakes. 16 vanilla wafer cookies. 2 (8 ounce) packages of softened cream cheese. 3/4 cup white sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin pans with cupcake papers. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until golden and set. December 1, 2014.
