Our home schooling journey. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Exploring at the park. Peyton and Chris went to the Houston Air Show today, so I took Ashley and Ryne to the neighborhood park. Ashley is ready to go with her pink cowboy hat and pink choo choo train. :) Yesterday she found this stick at a playground and was picking up pine cones and bringing them to me, so I brought the stick along. Are we ready for CHANGE? Monday, October 27, 2008. Quack Quack waddle waddle. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. A few random pictures. We go outside and explore the yard trying to learn what trees are in our yard, find bugs to observe,. Ashley crawled under our coffee table and was looking so cute and being silly. Are we ready for CHANGE? Thursday, October 21, 2010. DIRT: The kid magnet. Peyton has flag football practice on Tuesday's. On the field is one little circle of dirt. The younger siblings of the boys all gathered and played in the circle. Ryne had fun filling his shoe up with dirt and dumping it back out. Ashley had a pair of white pants that had never been worn, so I took them off. No good comes of white pants and reddish dirt. ;). Peyton and his teammates practicing flag football. DIRT: The kid magnet.

Are we ready for CHANGE? Friday, September 26, 2008. Ryne's Little Jacks Daily Schedule. Anyways.here is the schedule. 8:55 am Gather in Human Sciences (bldg) lobby. 9:00 am Circle/greeting (They sing a Hello song that names each child and the child puts their picture in a certain spot). 9:05 am Story Time - usually a book that they can touch and feel. 9:15 am Outside play or Sensory activity (they played with bubbles on Thursday). 9:30 am Group language activity #1. 9:45 am Free play/potty/wash hands.

Are we ready for CHANGE? Wednesday, March 26, 2008. Sunday, March 23, 2008. Tucker Easter egg hunt and The Smith's egg hunt. We had a full weekend of activities. Saturday morning there was an Easter egg hunt at the Tucker house on Raguet street. We parked by the Elementary school and walked over there. We met Smokey the Bear on the way there.Peyton wouldn't get too close to Smokey - wouldn't say hi, so he stuck his basket in his mouth. The boys have had a blast playing in the sand these past few days.

Our home schooling journey. Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Fieldtrip Friday: Hooks Airport. We are standing in front of the airplane they all sat in. After playing on the planes and playing on the simulator, everyone had a picnic lunch out by the pond. When we first sat down to eat, some ducks waddled over our way to beg for some food.
