Lunes, Hulyo 25, 2011. Adobong manok often as chicken adobo.it is considered as the national dish of the Philippines.adobo is the Spanish word for a marinade but Filipino adapted it as their own. Sinigang na bangus or milkfish is an all time favorite dish of filipino. The sour taste of tamarind gives the distinctive taste. Inihaw na liempo is one of the good food that i really like because of its simple preparation and magnificent taste. Nilagang itlog and bangus is very nice food in breakfast.

Suhot is believed to have a connecting tunnel to the Badiang Cave, Dumarao, paradise Philippines since both caves are found in the same mountain only 6 kilometers apart from each other. Badiang's elevation is higher than that of Suhot. My friend take several pictures last week on the said place and here it is. This was taken using his N73 Cellphone, next time I'll try to take more pictures from this place (I'll try if I can go inside the cave.
