If you haven’t noticed, I really don’t like to publish blogs 5 years long, so let’s get to it! So I did what I said I was going to do Friday – go to the gym for a light workout – but it didn’t end up being as “light” as it probably should have been. 40 minutes on the stepmill took it out of me. The benefits are great but, as will everything, there are cons as well. Here are the benefits to participating in a boot camp that lasts 10-days straight, and why I am thrilled to offer you one in July! People of all fitness levels love 10-day programs (“bursts”) and can commit to them. A 10-day program is also great for the experience.

I began painting again (after a long gap) about 5 years ago and have really enjoyed having time and space to be creative. I joined North Bristol Artists which is the main outlet for my work and open my house in St Andrews Bristol during the trail in November every year.
