So I'm planning on joining the military. I'm an English major who doesn't want to write or teach. I've been looking for a "real" job for a year. I first started thinking about the military as a way out since I can't find a real job, but the more I think about it, the more I think it might just be the way to an even better job.

Maggie E. C. Jones. I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
