Maggie Lakes Homeowners Association. 1 Provide the Chairman of the Building committee a copy of the building plans and a copy of the site plan that shows the proposed location of the buildings and set backs. 2 The Chairman then transmits the building plans to the committee members with recommendations for comments and approval or denial from the members.
