She's been swimming a lot and really enjoys the new place, especially her swing in the front yard. She is on it all the time! She is even sleeping in this summer which I, of course, love! Wednesday, March 19, 2008. Monday morning I sent Allie off to school all dressed in green for St. Patty's Day. She was pretty excited, but when she came home she told us of her many disappointments with being in the first grade! Last year her teacher took them all over the school looking for a leprechaun; they even found his foot prints in the hallway. They also celebrated with cupcakes and juice in the afternoon. Monday, November 10, 2008. Sorry I haven't posted in so long! I'm finally getting around to posting Halloween pictures. Of course Allie wanted to be Tinkerbell this year and my mother-in-law bought her a beautiful costume that she loved! I took her to a Halloween party that my friend Julie had and she had fun painting her pumpkin, playing games and eating fun Halloween food! Wednesday, May 28, 2008. We've been so busy lately with unpacking and cleaning I haven't had a chance to blog in a while. I am happy to say we are now in our house and I really like it here! Allie is out of school for the summer and pretty excited about that though I know she will miss her friends. She starts a new school in the Fall. Monday, April 28, 2008. First Grade Political Correctness. Hi y'all. This is Brian. I don't know if I'm going to be a regular contributor to this blog, but I did want to tell this story. Last night at supper, Bridget was saying that her knees hurt from all of the exercise she's been getting lately (she's been doing great with that, by the way). She was saying that she couldn't sit " indian. We had so much fun Saturday in North Augusta! We checked out the exhibits and then headed over to the Sno Cap.
