They are still thrilled with her progress and actually see much more than I do, since they only see her every 3 months. No worries! Monday, June 27, 2005. Today at Kumon (where the girls go for math tutoring) Maggie recieved the Bravo Award. One is given out each month for kids that go above and beyond or overcome difficulty. It is a regional award, there are 5000 kids in our region, which is Washington, Alaska and Oregon! The manager in charge of our region gave her the award and she got a really cool Kumon box from Japan and a certificate and a gift certificate to Barnes and Noble. We are so proud of her! Wednesday, May 10, 2006. We had another 3 month MRI today and it was perfect, just like Maggie! There are no real side effects to speak of, and as soon as we take her off of the shot, puberty should resume. This gives Maggie back some control of her life, as she will be a decision maker in when to start up again. On the good side, they told us that she should reach 5'10", which makes me very jealous! Friday, July 22, 2005. Maggie turned 8 yesterday! I still can't believe it, the time really really does go so quickly. She got her spa day for her birthday, a french manicure, massage (a whole hour!
