Tapping generally starts at the karate chop point, while repeating the setup phrase 3 times. Then the reminder phrase is repeated while tapping 5 to 7 times on eyebrow, side of eye, under nose, chin, collar bone, under arm and top of head. Repeated 3 times while tapping on karate chop.
