Doggie At The Dinner Table: Crockpot Nofried Beans
http://doggieatthedinnertable.blogspot.com/2012/08/crockpot-nofried-beans.html
Thursday, August 23, 2012. This is a dish I have been wanting to try for quite sometime but I always figured it would be really difficult so I kept buying the same old stuff in a can. Let me tell you. Not hard. Easy peasy. And it tastes so good and warms my heart to know that I now have another simple recipe that I can feed my family that is not full of all that icky preservative gunk! I made a big batch and put it into smaller freezer friendly containers to take out for a busy day. Posted by Mama F.

Doggie At The Dinner Table: Chipotle Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas
http://doggieatthedinnertable.blogspot.com/2012/01/chipotle-chicken-and-black-bean.html
Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Chipotle Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas. ANYWAY - so as you know living in Texas we eat lots of Tex Mex. This is kinda my spin on one of my favorite dishes! With the beans and corn inside it is a pretty hearty meal on its own. You could also throw some rice in a larger tortilla and go burrito on your face. Yeah, that's right. 2 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 3 cups chipotle sauce. 1 cup canned black beans. 1 cup canned whole kernel corn. Januar...

Doggie At The Dinner Table: Here we go again with Balsamic Chicken and Root Veggies
http://doggieatthedinnertable.blogspot.com/2013/07/here-we-go-again-with-balsamic-chicken.html
Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Here we go again with Balsamic Chicken and Root Veggies. It has been almost a year since my last post. I had a lot going on with family health issues, going back to school, and just being a mommy of 3 kids 5 and under! It used to be so important to me to cook at home for my family. And to have my 3 girls in the kitchen cooking with me, teaching them the importance of the family's bond around the table. Trust me my home is far from perfect! I just make the marinade in the morning a...

Doggie At The Dinner Table: After Work Stir Fry for #WeekdaySupper
http://doggieatthedinnertable.blogspot.com/2013/08/after-work-stir-fry-for-weekdaysupper.html
Wednesday, August 21, 2013. After Work Stir Fry for #WeekdaySupper. It was back to school this week for us in the Fuller home. Unlike most families who's kids go back to school giving parents a break, we homeschool so time in the kitchen becomes even more scarce! We like to make things as quick and easy as possible on busy school days and can be found turning to home made freezer meals or 20 min or less dinners. 2 tablespoons peanut oil. 1/2 lb thinly cut sirloin (or protein of choice). Doggie At The Din...

Doggie At The Dinner Table: Slow Cooker Sunday - Honey BBQ Ribs
http://doggieatthedinnertable.blogspot.com/2012/06/slow-cooker-sunday-honey-bbq-ribs.html
Sunday, June 24, 2012. Slow Cooker Sunday - Honey BBQ Ribs. Welcome again to our Slow Cooker Sunday Linky Party! I love me some slow cooked BBQ ribs on the grill this time of year but sometimes it makes me nervous to leave the gas going outside, especially if I am not going to be home! This is a great and easy alternative to grilling and you don't even have to worry about heating up the kitchen! I like to double the sauce recipe when I make these so I have some on hand for future use! 3/4 cup brown sugar.

Thursday, February 9, 2012. Let's Rodeo San Antonio! It's that time of year again when the rodeo comes to town. Every year here in SA there is a HUGE free breakfast to kick off all the festivities. I always want to go. But, did you read the poster below. it starts at 430am. Seriously?
