Thursday, April 1, 2010. Andrew in Lilongwe, Malawi on St. Patrick's Day. The first school was a Catholic school of 350 young children. As soon as we walked in hundreds of children flooded in with chairs and in a frenzy assembled the haphazard rows, each one vying to put their chair closest to the stage. This weekly opportunity I get to slow down in my life, is also when I get to teach the penny whistle to a group of homeschoolers, ages 7-9.
