I've made two of her recipes so far, and have been pleasantly surprised. Tonight's dinner: Papa al Pomodoro. Basically, it's a tomato-based soup thickened with stale bread. Perfect for a cold and rainy evening. Never come out as good as the Gluten-Free Girl's. Photos, who unfortunately, can't eat this, alas. A is for Adobo.

I mean I was like 25 yesterday! Twenty five was 14 years ago! Clinton was barely in office! Thankfully, I am happier. I have a great relationship, I have my health (i think), I have my friends and I am three semesters away from graduating! My official birthday song this year. Rare Earth "i just want to celebrate".
