Sultana Begum, a resident of Sarwar Nagar, slum of Zirra, Old City of Hyderabad, a predominately Muslim dominated area. The family conditions forced Sultana to get married at the age of 17 years with a contract worker. A dropout from 7th standards without any skills, soon after 6 years of marriage, Sultana become a widow, as her husband died in a accident, leaving Sultana and two children alone.
