Southern Coalfields Tobacco Prevention Network. Drug-Free All Stars Basketball. Community Connections has served as the Governor-designated Family Resource Network (FRN) for Mercer County since 1990. As the FRN, we serve as the primary coordinating and planning body for local services for children and families.
