Boned and stuffed leg of chicken with mustard sauce. 4 chicken leg and thigh pieces skinned and part-boned (leave the tip of leg bone intact). 12-16 thin rashers of lightly smoked bacon. 1 teaspoon chopped tarragon/1 teaspoon chopped parsley. Zest of half a lemon. 2 tbs white wine. 150 ml white wine. 100 ml chicken stock. 1 tbs Dijon mustard. Tarragon and parsley and season with salt and pepper. And then rest for 5 minutes. Recipes from Maison Laurent. Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Salmon with Ginger, Lime and Coriander. Last weekend Rachel and I took a well earned break at the truly fabulous Villa de Mazamet. Mark and Peter are great hosts, as you would expect from one of Tripadvisors most popular b&b in France! We picked up a few tips on how things are done and also this great recipe. We have tweaked it a little and its proved to be a great favourite on our summer menu. 4 x 150gm fillets of salmon. Zest and juice of one lime.

Recipes from Maison Laurent. Saturday, July 21, 2012. Here is a recipe we often put on as a breakfast special at Maison Laurent. They are really easy taste wonderful. Doughnut Muffins – makes about 18 minis or 12 standard. 140g golden caster sugar (granulated is also okay). Extra white caster sugar for dusting. 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 large eggs beaten. Fill the muffin holes just over half way then add a small dollop of jam to the centre.
