Pulpety z bakłażana są w Al Merca, maleńkim barze obok Rialto w Wenecji, przekąską podawaną do drinków obok cicccheti, panierowanych pulpetów z wołowiny czy tuńczyka. Bary weneckie słyną z doskonałych przekąsek, ale pulpety z bakłażana są wyjątkowe, fantastyczne w smaku i bardzo efektowne. A do tego, dość łatwe zrobienia w naszej rodzimej kuchni. 2 średnie bakłażany, pokrojone na 1cm plastry. 4 łyżki oliwy virgin.
