Alright, early in the morning wake up helping my mom making dumpling aka "tong yuen". woke up 6am morning to make the tong yuan making red,white, and green color this year. Back into year 2009, after i complete my secondary school and also after SPM, i went to study/learn baking sub culinary art in a baking school at Sri Petaling, Malaysia, which is an short course which takes 3 months duration.
