Saturday, January 29, 2011. Yesterday was the 25th anniversary of the Space Shuttle Challenger's unfortunate demise. Flying to space and back ain't easy. The US has only had 17 in-cabin astronaut deaths. Not to be unexpected considering the millions and millions, probably billion's of miles flown in total by astronauts and their trusty space machines.
