Friday, November 28, 2014. Ein Guter Kuchen- One Good Cake. This is a recipes for an awesome apple bundt cake. It was one of the snacks in the volunteer break room when i volunteered at VBS this summer. I wrote on a torn off bit of cardboard that I *must* have the recipe or die. Luckily the person brought it the next day. Whew! It appears to be from a church cookbook. The contributor says "This old German cake recipe is our family treasure." I don't know why, but that makes me happy :). 1 2 c Hot water.

Monday, August 26, 2013. Everybody was super excited for school to start this year! The girls couldn't wait to be a First and Third Grader. Also, when did my girls learn the "hand on one hip" model pose? I can't get over how beautiful they are! The annual "Pick whatever you want" first day of school breakfast was fun this year. Gyoza (aka potstickers- we use the Japanese word in our house). Cookie Dough Ice Cream. Pop Tart (with frosting). White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie. She got a juice mustache!

This is her "What I did over Thanksgiving Break" essay, apparently. Over Thanksgiving break I started an Endangered animal foundation called the t.t.a.
