June 27, 2014. I truly loved you. And all of the people we met there. The view never got old, and neither will the friendships we made. I know of all of the places we will go in our army life, Newport will always be a favorite. Any duty station that comes after will constantly be compared even though there is no comparison. I see our time living in the City by the Sea as an amazing opportunity; a real treat. One we will never forget, and one we will always treasure. Making use of all that packing paper!

April 30, 2014. When my NY family came to visit for Sam's birthday, I couldn't just let them sit around in our tiny town home. I wanted to show them this pretty place we live! It was fun playing tour guide with them because they are so easy. They have zero expectations and really just love spending time together as a family. February 27, 2014. I can't even imagine sleeping like this. Pictures of your kids sleeping never gets old. October 3, 2014. October is my favorite month of the year. The leaves change color. The weather starts to cool down. My birthday, our anniversary, my MIL's birthday, and Ella's birthday fill the month along with Halloween of course. So many reasons to celebrate and be grateful. I graciously accept 34 with a smile. Another year older, but looking forward to what this year has to offer. Looks like a flaming ball of fire! Tom thought he was funny to put 34 candles on that cake! Hope it was a wonderful month!

Three of a kind. Working on a full house. Sunday, April 10, 2011. Aidan is 20 Months old here and playing at Millenia Park. He LOVES to swing! Look at that look.and those eyes! Same park, different day. Who would have thought that two brothers could be as different as Ethan and Aidan are? They both come from the same mother and father, only 20 months apart and raised the exact same way. It's amazing that they are basically polar opposites but yet.I LOVE them with all of my heart! Three of a kind. Working on a full house. Thursday, July 28, 2011. My little boy is two! My little boy is two years old. I can NOT believe it! Because I am such a slacker and I'm just now catching up on my blog for the last 2 months this is the picture that you get of him. He's stuffing his face with pizza for his birthday lunch. Have no worries, I will be taking two year old portraits of him soon to post:). I love you Aidan Cole. Happy 2nd Birthday! Ethan 3.5yr old. At this point.I'll take ANYTHING.

October 26, 2014. I love the little (huge) neighborhood we moved into! I love watching the sunrise from our backyard. Ella wanted her face painted. She has never had it done before because she has never wanted it. Done before. I was shocked! I love the little hood children. Who gave this boy caramel apples? Oh that's right. I did. July 30, 2014. I can't believe the month of July is already over! We have been living in North Carolina for a month now! Time really flies when you are having tons of fun;). October 21, 2014. I was so excited when our friend Wendy asked if she could visit on her move down to FL from Newport! To think she actually asked if there was a hotel nearby. As if! I love her and I love her kids, and they couldn't get here fast enough so we could catch up. Bonus: she brought me my favorite bottles of cider from Newport. 4 of them. It was such a treat to have them here even if it was only a night! We wish the Martin's well as they begin their next adventure in sunny Florida!
