How to Make Bisquick Biscuits. July 23, 2008 at 2:33 pm. Bisquick biscuits are tasty and easy to make if you follow these instructions. 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick. 1/4 tsp baking soda. Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Add baking soda to Bisquick. Cut in butter, then add milk. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface sprinkled with Bisquick or flour. They are simple to make, and they suit a variety of dinner menus, such as soups and baked meals. 1 cup of self-raising flour (flour with the raising agent already included). 1 stick of softened butter (1/4 pound or 3.6 oz). 1 cup of sour cream. Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease a regular-sized muffin pan or mini-muffin pan. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls of dough into muffin pan.
