A group of parents is upset over changes made to the law governing childcare centres on P.E.I. changes parents worry may limit access to new, quality daycares. The Child Care Facilities Act was amended during the recent spring session of the legislature, which closed last week. Now, Parents for Choice and Quality is upset the change was made this time around without any public consultation.
