So what made me write this? No, I'm not emo dunny! I came across Randy Pausch on YouTube, a professor who was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. In his last months to live, he's toured the country and gave his "last lecture" to thousands of people. This guy's such an inspiration, and I thought that I would share it with those who haven't heard it. Passed away July 25, 2008 (yesterday). My friend had a good point about the old man and the kid. He'd tell the old man because he's gonna die anyway. But the 12 yo would live with it forever. But then the old man would die knowing someone hated his kind. I'd want the old man to die happier. Go to the soup kitchen and point and laugh. I can't stop laughing. Paulo would slap his mom.
