As the World Health Organization has raised the pandemic alert level for swine flu to Phase 4, Japan has taken measures Tuesday based on crisis plans for the new-type influenza. The measures include quarantine inspectors entering aircraft landing in Japan from Mexico, the United States and Canada. There are 30 airplanes to be inspected today.
