See cooking instructions. Q) what's that round thingy on the top of the dish? A) It's called the drip bar storage tab. It twists on and off to hold the drip bars when storing the dish after use. Stores compact. Insert the drip bars into holes of the patented Makin Bacon Dish. One drip bar in center. Two bars at front and back. Drape bacon strips over each drip bar.
