Career Coaching Page

http://www.makingsenseof.com/careercoaching.html

Does any of this sound like you? You want to make changes in your career but can’t see a way forward. You’re feeling frustrated or bored in a job that doesn't inspire you but you don’t know what else you can do. You’re drifting along in your job without a clear idea of where you are going. You feel as though there must be more to life than this. Your work lacks meaning and you feel you’re not fulfilling your potential. If any of the above strikes a chord, then career coaching is for you and I can help.

Testimonials Page

http://www.makingsenseof.com/testimonials_page.html

I was going to email you too to say how much I loved our sessions and how positively they have impacted on my life - I can't tell you how much. I really have had the most inspirational time, and can safely say that after my few years of turbulence, I feel happy and have myself back, thanks to you.

Assertiveness Page

http://www.makingsenseof.com/assertiveness.html

Does any of this sound familiar? You find it difficult to say no when asked to do something. You feel tearful (or angry) when criticised. You find it difficult to accept compliments or praise. You sometimes feel like a 'doormat' - as though everyone is using you. You find it difficult to ask for what you want. You have poor body image. You lie awake at night thinking of things you wish you had said. If any (or all) of this sounds like you then assertiveness coaching could change your life.

About Us Page

http://www.makingsenseof.com/about_us_page.html

Early in my career as an English teacher I was asked by a group of sixth form girls if I could help them deal with their reluctance to speak up in class; their low self esteem; their inability to say no and a dread of criticism. The assertiveness classes that followed proved so popular I ended up teaching my methods to a group of teachers so that they could also teach assertiveness. I teach, train, coach and write. My key motivation is helping people realise their potential; to live their best life!
