Aaron and I were just watching home videos of her first visit back to the states when she was a baby. I can't believe how big she is already. Can't wait to see her in 1 week! Saturday, July 23, 2011. A little snapshot of us embracing and loving life. Monday, March 28, 2011. What do you get when you take oreos cream cheese chocolate? I made some this past weekend to share with my small group. I had a few leftovers that were taken to work, and now they are all gone. They are fabulous. I'm sure most of you have had them. and probably have the recipe, but just in case, here it is. 1 package of oreos. 1 package of cream cheese. 1 package of chocolate almond bark or baker's chocolate. A boy and a girl!

A little snapshot of us embracing and loving life. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Camping at Table Rock. This past weekend Aaron and I packed up our camping gear (what little we have! And lots and lots of munchies and headed to Table Rock State Park in South Carolina to camp with some of our dear friends, the Lavenders. Friday night we arrived just before dark and we were able to set up our tent (on a hill) and play a couple of games before heading to bed. Of course, no camping trip is complete without Smores.

We woke up really early and hauled all our luggage down the empty streets of London to St. Pancras, the International Train Station in London. The train ride to Paris was great. It wasn't too long. A little snapshot of us embracing and loving life. Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Emory - 5 months. Happy 5 months to Emory! Plus 15 days. because I'm a bit of a slacker this month). You are so close to sitting up and I'm really excited about that! You're eating baby food about once a day now (when I remember.) So far you've had zucchini squash, regular squash, and sweet potatoes (most made by momma! You're also slightly obsessed with your toes. You grab them all the time and stick your toes in your mouth!

A little snapshot of us embracing and loving life. Monday, November 18, 2013. Best way to start a mountain getaway. Waffles (and pancakes). Emory loved it! We spent a lot of our time driving around to see the beautiful mountain sights. He sure does have fun with his Daddy. And it makes my heart so happy. Of course we needed to stop for some yummy candy and caramel apples. We bought one of those magic sticks. not the pink one though. Emory LOVES it. Beautiful Christmas lights in Gatlinburg.

A little snapshot of us embracing and loving life. Sunday, June 26, 2011. Bahamas Cruise: Sailing Day and Day 1 - Grand Bahama Island. So I've been meaning to post about the cruise, and I said I would. but I've just been going nonstop. It's hard to keep up! Rachel and I boarded the cruise ship on Monday around lunch time and we were able to enjoy the sites of Miami and some yummy food.
