I squeezed in a short treadmill run before heading over to Akasha Yoga in Crystal Lake for a massage with Jessica at Wild Roots Yoga and Bodyworks. The best thing about Vegetarian Munch is that it serves Temptation ice cream. I got the cookie dough shake to go and headed over to Amour de la Terre. Amour de la Terre.
