Thursday, January 31, 2008. Day 31 and 32. And their price was $100 cheaper than what I'm paying now. Anyway, so back to the car. Kate is tired of hearing me talk about it. I don't know why I'm stressing about it so much. I *REALLY* like it. I can not tell you the difference between driving it and then getting in my car and driving home! OK, about why I'm here! Sunday, January 03, 2010. RACE DAY and T Minus 1. Okay, so one more day until the start of the NO EXCUSES challenge. I've taken my pictures, measurements and bf%. I've also taken the pictures of me in my too tight clothes for the meetup with Kate in late March. They are quite hideous! To think, I used to wear these jeans! Oh, but I will once again! I'll try to get a clip here, but I really dont remember how to post videos or pictures. I'll try my best. Here are my before photos taken today. Day 6 and 7.

Monday, January 04, 2010. And so it begins. Today went well. My meals were good, got my water in, and I got my planned workout in. This morning, I got up and I walked on the treadmill for about 22 minutes. It wasn't something strenous, but just to get my body moving. Then later, after work today, we went to the gym and I did my UBWO. Here's what I did:. DB incline chest press. 12 x 7.5. 10 x 12.5. 12 x 7.5. Free Motion Machine Back Pulldowns. Overhead Tricep Rope extensions. 10 x 12.5. 6 x 17.5.

Sunday, January 10, 2010. Day 6 and 7. Yesterday went well. Went to the gym in the AM and did 20min HIIT on the elliptical. THen, we went to the mall for the Livestrong Wear Yellow Day and I cycled with about 100 other riders, on trainers, for 2 hours. I pedaled 36 miles, so that was pretty good! Saturday, June 28, 2008. Day 13 Still going. OK, been a few days since I posted but eating has actually gone quite well. Workouts haven't been stellar, but I'm still on weight restriction and ab/core restriction for another 2 weeks. I dont think I've lost any weight, but at least I'm doing stuff. So, I'm happy. Friday, January 08, 2010. Here I am. Meals were good but scattered and not enough. I was off today because I have too many hours, so slept in a little bit, then we went to the gym and I did a great UBWo then did my Oxygen treadmill workout, then ended up walking 20minutes longer cos Greg wasn't ready to go yet. I got a massage. My UBWO is the same as Monday, only I did up the weights in my shoulders. THe Oxygen workout was the same but I added a 8 incline for the top, then came back down. Day 6 and 7.

Dual pulley system Overhead pull downs. Dual Pulley system cable rows. Bicep Cable High Curls / O O. 3 x 12 x 10. Straight arm cable pushdowns. 3 x 12 x 10. Wednesday, April 02, 2008. OK, here I am! Thanks for all the encouragement. It really helps. Workouts have been going good, but eating is still a problem. It hasn't been with the times I'm with Greg either! It's when I'm at work. I feel hungry all the time. But, I'm eating TONS! Friday, July 25, 2008. I dont know really whats going on. I'm really watching my diet, getting my water in, getting enough sleep but my cardio is suffering. I have such a hard time running even 10 minutes. Very irritating! I guess I'll have to start taking my inhaler with me from now on. Seems like I'm just gaining weight instead of losing weight.
