I'm afraid I didn't have as much of a successful week as the last one in regards to my weight loss but I still managed to loose 200g .I have to admit that I went on a bit of a food rampage last Sunday, it was a family celebration with lots of great food in the form of a free for all buffet. Women can usually blame their hormones when they have a bad week however for us males it is somewhat more difficult, nonetheless I shall blame the full moon for my sudden feeding frenzy.

Now had something like this happened 25 years ago I wouldn't think twice about it but the world being what it is today, I am somewhat surprised that two women would be willing to give a lift to a man that they have never met, on a dark stormy night. Today as we were doing the shopping, I came across one of those WTF items."freshly" sliced pieces of apples in small packs presented in their own snack size sealed plastic bag.for those people who buy pre-sliced apple may I suggest a new product : How about some pre-digested apples, not only can you do away with the slicing but you also don't have to chew them!
