There were still plants left but I was out of pots so later I went to buy another pot and look what I did all by myself! I even picked out two of these plants! My favorite plant is one that reminds me of New Mexico. Isn't it adorable? I now have three beautiful pots on my balcony and have added some plants to my boring chrysanthemums in the front. (Even I can't kill chrysanthemums! We're ready for a summer party!

Saturday, July 13, 2013. Europe with Sabrina- let's start with Spain. We began our adventures in Madrid. The weather was perfect and the people we met were delightful. We kind of OD'd on museums here and sort of avoided them for the rest of the trip but we saw fabulous art as well as the Palacio Real (largest royal palace in Europe) and other wonderful things. Sunday, July 14, 2013. Then on to Portugal. After five days in Spain, we headed to Portugal. Our first adventure was finding our bed and breakfast. We rented a car and set off for Sintra- a place Sabrina had never been- and discovered the amazing vertical-ness of Portugal. Jonathan and Danae est. June 5, 2010. Thursday, August 22, 2013. Lately I've been thinking a lot about what being a mother means to me. This probably has to do with the fact that I have recently read Stephanie Nielson's book Heaven is Here. If you haven't read it I highly recommend it! I find that I can relate to Stephanie. All I ever wanted growing up was to be a mother! To marry and have beautiful children that call me "mommy" and love me no matter what! I am living that dream! I can hardly believe it!

Sunday, October 7, 2012. I had a great weekend last week. I was able to visit all three of my kids in the west and even hold this adorable little boy! Alex graduated in April and he and Maggie are loving their new home and graduate program in the northern part of the state. Their townhouse is so cute and pretty roomy considering their housing at BYU. I was surprised at what a wonderful city they're in. It's completely adorable and has everything they need. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. We're Done with High School! Here is our last graduate on her happy day. She finally feels all grown up and ready to take on the world. The ceremony was amazingly short in a facility that was large enough and had great air conditioning. The weather even cooperated by not raining during the picture taking (well, not much) and by being cool enough to stand being outside. Friday, June 10, 2011. She lettered and got a pin in Chorus this year and she also received the "Sunniest Smile" ...
