Camacho Kids: Costumes :)
http://camachokids.blogspot.com/2011/12/costumes.html
Saturday, December 03, 2011. Forgive the cell phone and P&S pics :) We didn't go all out this year as we usually do. I think it may have been their funnest year though, because this year they were able to trick or treat with friends. When they were handing out candy at our door, they knew so many people- it was adorable and made it a much more interactive experience than it usually is. We have royalty from a snowy kingdom. An evil, yet clever witch. More from school parties. Wife, Mama, and Nush.

Camacho Kids: Home Grown Lemons!
http://camachokids.blogspot.com/2007/12/home-grown-lemons.html
Thursday, December 06, 2007. When we were in Florida back in May my Grandpa had some wonderful lemonade that they had made from the lemons on their own tree. The girls loved it so much, he told them he would send them some lemons when they came in season. I believe he also showed them the lemon tree outside. Well, the lemons just got here and they are BEAUTIFUL! I've never seen lemons this big! Those are big lemons, enjoy the lemon aid girls. Dang, are you sure those aren't yellow grapefruits?

http://camachokids.blogspot.com/2011/12/christmas-parade.html
Saturday, December 03, 2011. We actually got to help make the float and everything- walking with their Girl Scout troops. We had a Nutcracker theme to dress to, and you all know how much we love to dress up. Malia opted to be a snowflake, Eliana was Clara (complete with her nutcracker) and Sasha was the Mouse King's mousling minion. The girls- cold and humoring their mama while anxious to meet up with their friends. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wife, Mama, and Nush. Hyperbole and a Half.

Camacho Kids: May 2011
http://camachokids.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 29, 2011. Had a nice burial for Goldie and Brownie the mice. Just me and Sasha and the old birch tree in the backyard. Got to have a wonderful conversation about life and death. If you look, you can see the grave stone of Malia's fish, Poseidon, up near the tree. The new female mice (who promise to be less stinky than those sweet boys) are thriving in their place. Sasha named her new pets Laura and Mary Poppins. The younger two girls got to visit their new school on Friday! We do the challeng...

Camacho Kids: The Last Lemons
http://camachokids.blogspot.com/2011/12/last-lemons.html
Tuesday, December 27, 2011. My Grandpa used to send my girls. Lemons off his lemon trees. These aren't just any lemons, these are massive orange-size lemons. This year my grandpa died, his wife and her kids sent us one last round of lemons. I harvested all the seeds with hopes of making my own lemon trees in his memory. If you have any hints, I'm all ears! Here are some pictures from us making lemonade. The 9 lemons made over 4 cups of juice. Amazing! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Girl and Her Mom.

Camacho Kids: Holiday
http://camachokids.blogspot.com/2011/12/holiday.html
Monday, December 26, 2011. Had a wonderful winter holiday, low key. Some fun activities were missed because poor Sasha came down with a fever, but I think she had a great time anyhow. A tree decorated with pom-poms. An adorable girl with an adorable dog. She is so in love with this robotic dog that her grandparents bought her. Here she is opening it. These were the biggest hit- and SO simple, kids didn't even need my help. Stockings (cell phone pic) and tree again :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
