Sunday, March 25, 2012. Our Construction Trailer Gets a Makeover. For Years my husband has wanted to get rid of this trailer. I have always resisted because I used it to store books, old photographs, arts and crafts supplies and in general, "my junk". Yes it was an eye sore. beginning to rust and fade. But I wasn't ready to let it go. My clever husband figured out a way to keep me happy and please his design. Now it's suitable for an overflow guest room. He used all recycled materials.

Monday, April 16, 2012. Beautiful Buff Orpington Hens. Sunday Morning with the Chickens. The husband lets them out to feed and scratch as long as they can be watched. When taking a walk in the morning we sometimes see Coyote scat on our paths; Coyotes are always looking for an easy meal. Can you blame them? It's tough out there for those rascal coyotes. Sunday, April 8, 2012. Happy Spring Holiday, whether it be Easter or Passover. This year I really got into spring color and this is how I put it together. We have been coloring blown out eggs and keeping them over the years. When we had Goosie, our pet goose, we saved some very large eggs for our collection. I like to keep them in a basket by the entrance with flowers. I try not to buy a lot of sweets to have around the house, because I am the one who eats them. And eggs colored with neon coloring.

Take Broad Beach Road and park right across the street from Cottontail Lane. Go early if it's a nice day, so there is less traffic and more enjoyment. I hate driving in Beach traffic so we try to do our activities early. and then have a nice lunch. Once you walk through the gate you feel transported to a whole different place. Walk to the right, heading North.
