http://malifauxshadow.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
In The Shadows of Malifaux. A fansite blog about the game known as Malifaux: A Tabletop miniature wargame. Sunday, April 6, 2014. My first Malifaux Tournament - 4-5-14. I played in my first Malifaux tournament yesterday. and had fun. I was on the fence as to whether or not I was going to join in, up til the last minute. But when I walked into the game store and saw a group of folks ready to play, I knew I wanted to just have fun. Thursday, April 3, 2014. First game with Misaki! After playing Seamus and h...

I'm really pleased with it. The hair still needs doing, but it's getting close to finished. Thought you'd enjoy. I hope to finish it by the next posting. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). AbnorMALifaux: Broken Thunder
http://abnormalifaux.blogspot.com/2015/08/broken-thunder.html
The Optimal, Suboptimal and Abnormal World of Malifaux. Monday, 3 August 2015. I thought it might be time to do a detailed review of Yan Lo now that I’ve been playing him for a good 6 months. I picked him up because I loved the model and fluff. I’ve run him in a ton of causal games and also at a couple of tournaments. I feel I’ve got enough of a handle on him to give him a review. Now this is my own view, other opinions will vary! So Yan Lo himself. His attack actions are. 183; Spirit Barrage (1AP). ...

Table Top Terror: March 2015
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Killjoy meets Chuck Norris. A few Saturdays ago I got to play Malifaux all day with the guys from the Pearland area at Montag's, a great little store with some of the best player support I've experienced. As with every game I've played I learned from my huge mistakes and am going in a direction I want to go in to improve my abilities. Mark of Shez'uul (of course). With 3AP for melees, as well as a trigger to attach anyone in range, a minimum 5 damage that ignores pretty much ever...

Table Top Terror: MERCS Miniatures: House Member Complete!
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2015/08/mercs-miniatures-house-member-complete.html
Monday, August 17, 2015. MERCS Miniatures: House Member Complete! So here is my first completed MERCS model! Once it was all complete I felt much better about my airbrush Olive. Sometimes it's harder to estimate how a portion of the model will look until it is fully done. I look forward to refining certain techniques like the grey/black of the weapon and boots. I want to get it looking more like jet black while utilizing the same colors. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Eye for an Eye. Curse of the Al...

Table Top Terror: Finished Viktoria of Blood!
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2015/07/finished-viktoria-of-blood.html
Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Finished Viktoria of Blood! On the bright side I'm about halfway done with the crew! The problem with that is with Malifaux the crew gets changed around a lot depending on the game, so really I'll only have one version of possible crews done. But one nonetheless! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Eye for an Eye. My newest obsession: MERCS! Finished Viktoria of Blood! View my complete profile. Malifaux WIP and Tactica: Parker Barrows. Table Top Terror: Convict Gunslinger!
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2015/07/convict-gunslinger.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Here is my completed Convict Gunslinger! I had to take the pics on my phone again since my normal camera was doing something that added white dots to the pics. It made those weird lines again, I've gotta figure out how to get those out. Once I do I may stick to using my phone exclusively for photos, since it has a sharper quality and is easier to upload. I've been knocking out work lately due to actually being motivated for painting! Another motivation of mine is actually playing.

Table Top Terror: June 2015
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 22, 2015. Works in Progress: Viktoria of Blood and Garden of Morr; New Trollblood List. I've been slowly chipping away at my paint log, although I'm still keeping in mind my mantra for 2015 and only painting what fancies me in the moment. Last week (or was it the week before? Anyway, here's my work in progress. I'll post a sort of step-by-step of how it's gotten here. Once that coat is on I paint about 2-3 coats of old GW Dwarf Flesh until the coverage is even. This is a kind of peachy/o...

Table Top Terror: New Laser Terrain
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2013/07/new-laser-terrain.html
Thursday, July 11, 2013. So, I know it's been a while, but I have. Been busy. Two ER visits, a 72 gallon turtle tank and 6 replaced tires made me fall behind on a few things. However I have also updated a few things in regards to hobby gaming. One, I purchased a compressor for my airbrush. It is awesome! Inspired by the art I found from airbrush artists I made some off-gaming purchases at Hobby Lobby and Michael's, but this week I found myself renewed in my gaming goals. Here is what I did yesterday:.

Table Top Terror: Trollbloods vs. Cryx Battle Report
http://tabletopterror.blogspot.com/2013/06/trollbloods-vs-cryx-battle-report.html
Sunday, June 23, 2013. Trollbloods vs. Cryx Battle Report. Yesterday I had played a 50pt game of Warmachine/Hordes with a buddy. I played using my lovable Trollbloods while he used his detestable Cryx. My army was my standard Madrak brick: it consisted of a unit of champions in front and a Krielstone unit in back with Janissa Stonetide in the middle, all of which is 3 inches of Madrak's Surefoot spell. This brick is one tough nut to crack! With my opponent taking the turn after this he decided to call th...
