Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Pea, spinach and mint soup. A refreshing soup for a Tuesday night - -. Heat some olive oil and butter. Add a small sliced onion and some sliced garlic cloves. Cook for a few minutes, until the onion slices are translucent. Pour in 1 litre chicken or vegetable stock. Bring to the boil. Thursday, April 30, 2015. Green tea panna cotta. What's easier to pull together than a panna cotta? Even when you have a bit of trouble with calculating the amount of gelatin? Made of milk, cream, sugar and what ever your flavor is - whether lemon, vanilla or in this case green tea - panna cotta is a mot forgiving and supremely comforting food. And 150ml full-fat milk. Bring to the boil, and let boil for around 4 minutes. Turn down to a simmer and infuse multiple tea bags. Then add 1 sachet of gelatin.

Saturday, April 29, 2017. Salalah in April 9. Al Balid archaeological dig . this is a 4000 year old city. In which Malini was going backwards too fast in the back of a golf cart. I had to hang on for dear life! The guide would yell out "old castle! As appropriate. Al Balid is an awesome place. It is very interesting especially at night when floodlit.
