Feathers finally grown back and now back keeping up with the other birds, we are seeing Dennis less and less as he slowly returns to the wild, but we did take him to holiday twice at Spirit Level. Sunday, October 25, 2009. The light at the end of the tunnel. Completed lounge with the exception of the drop sheets! It has been a hectic few weeks for the team, with renovation jobs being checked off one after the other. The new lounge is complete, except for the new window furnishings, new bathroom fitted off, re-grouting complete, lounge and dining flooring done, carpet going in this week.woo hoo! Friday, April 27, 2012. In the middle of the night . not to mention the double mattress being too small and too firm. That is not a relaxing snooze suitable for a holiday . comfy beds are paramount! Pete and Liz were not in agreement worrying a queen bed was too small for the room.but now we have taken over the bunks are OUT! Although it's a small room, the queen bed fits in snugly and a new coat of paint and a few of Dirk's paintings. Made the mini renovation complete. Far South Coast of NSW, Australia.

But we had found the perfect solution to our flawed routine - a large bowl of noodles at Lucy's before we begin to boost our energy levels and prepare us for the tasks at hand. The light broth and crunchy greens combined with perhaps prawn and abalone, or thin slices of Char Sui Pork, or even meltingly tender squid curls - the perfect brunch! A very sad day indeed. Saturday, December 1, 2012. Some lucky ducks had their yacht moored overnight and the friendly gentleman assured me it was a top spot and had enjoyed a lovely dinner making the most of the conveniently placed facilities. I nearly missed the small yellow and brown spotted orchids, flowering delicately trackside. On closer inspection there were all kinds of tiny wonders - jewelled bugs, micro flowers, mosses and lichens to be quietly enjoyed on the calm and moody day. Spirit Level Holiday House Mallacoota.
