But I'm better today and well enough to not skip class work so yippies! Not that big of an alteration I know, but it looks good. Photography by lisa whitman. Friday, October 16, 2009. Week 6 - Filters. This one I used a UV filter with my 24-85 mm lens. I also used this lens the following photos too. This one isn't as bright as #1 since this lens isn't a wide angle lens. The light is less diffused. In comparison to the next two it doesn't evoke my emotions too much other than it is nice and is interesting to view, and is it a bit warmer feeling than #1. Photography by lisa whitman. Photography by lisa whitman. Saturday, November 21, 2009. Week 11 - Colors. First, I bumped up saturation, then I created a new layer and selected orange as the background color. I went back to the original layer and used the eraser tool at 50% and erased all around the leaves to bring the layer color through but keeping it translucent so the original background can still be seen. The last thing I did was clone over the black and bad spots on the leaves. I have also included Dragonfly Analogous. Original...

Monday, November 10, 2008. So here I go, squeezing in another one just in the nick of time. I was going through some shots that I took on my honeymoon. I'm not sure what I was looking at in the original shot? It definitely makes a difference - did you post the original photo? Friday, December 26, 2008. These are a couple pictures I took not too long ago during our ice storm. It was beautiful outside, and we didn't loose power both good things. Saturday, December 6, 2008. In the first picture I dropped the saturation changing the image to a black and white, although I increased the temperature because I wanted the image to look warm and comfortable.
