Real Ale Public House. Always looking for the very best in beers for our customers total enjoyment. The Malt ‘N’ Hops was previously called the Red house. It was in June 1986 that Len Turner and wife Alice opened the Malt ‘N’ Hops . Len was born in 1946 in Edinburgh and moved to North Staffordshire in 1966. We soon got to know the area when we took over says Len who previously kept the Foaming Quart in Burslem. The pub was disgusting. There used to be a little off-. We also have 4 Beer Festivals A Year.

В фарш на котлеты я не добавляю ни хлеба, ни картошки. Только лук, чеснок и овощи по сезону: кабачки, баклажаны, капуста,морковка, свекла. И котлетки такие я не жарю, а запекаю в духовке. Так в них меньше жира. Фарш смешанный 1000 г. Из этого количества продуктов у меня получилось 29 котлет- кексов. В одной котлетке примерно 120 ккалорий. Очень...
