Samedi 26 juillet 2008. De passage dans la région de Niagara (sud de Toronto et à l'ouest de Montréal) j'en ai profité pour visiter Iniskillin, vignoble très réputé, particulièrement pour ses vins de glace. On a dégusté un Riesling, un Chardonnay reserve, Un Pinot Noir, un Cabernet. Il faut dire qu'ils font tous les cépages: c'est assez déstabilisant. C'est aussi la région des pommes, du maïs, des cerises. On se croirait dans un monde en dehors de la réalité, très luxuriant, verdoyant, très fertile&#...

Jeudi 10 juillet 2008. Il est difficile de résister à une soirée à Cheval Blanc. Et d'ailleurs, je n'y ai pas résisté. Pierre Lurton, parrain de la nouvelle promotion du DUAD, nous a accueillis pour la remise des diplômes, suivie d'un cocktail. Champagne de chez Moët. C'était parfait et surtout très bon. La soirée s'est conclue sur le coucher de soleil dans les vignes et Monsieur Yves Glories qui s'en allait clopin clopan dans cette douce couleur du soir. Publié par Myriam RUER.
