Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Our Orlando Florida Vaca. We had just the most fantastic time. The weather was perfect! Even the sales pitch wasn't bad. (We had signed on to listen to them pitch us a Time Share) It was so easy to say no, cuz it totally was not our style! We hate big fancy places! Tho, I said no twice and then told Kevin he was going to have to literally speak the word "NO" before they would take no for an answer. Once he did, it was over. Ha! Universal and Islands of Adventure were both awesome!

Wednesday, August 26, 2009. First Day Of School. The kids went back to school today. Brooke started 9th grade at Parkersburg High School. We live about 10 mins away at the most, but it took us a half hour with traffic! Hoping it was just first day traffic and things will settle down a little! Nic is now in 4th grade at Worthington. He was so excited that he got the teacher he wanted! Tyler is now the big man on campus at Worthington. He is in 5th grade this year! He is very happy with his teacher too!

I also used coconut oil in place of butter because it is a healthier alternative. Have been using coconut oil in all my cooking and wow we love it! The directions said you could put your tofu in the box and within one hour in the refrigerator you could have totally drained tofu. Still skeptical, I ordered it anyway. From the picture you can tell how it works. Apparently, you can also add in some marinade, which I will be doing in order to not. But, I digress. 2 tsp ground cumin.
