For starters, we moved to Arizona. Over two. Before we left Colorado, we had a bunch of last hoorah-type adventures. I'm hoping to tell you about them sometime. We've had a pretty wild time since we've been in AZ, so there's that stuff to talk about. That cutie pie cuddling up to me will be one next month! And I've hardly even talked about him on here. What? I'm still here, just about drowning under my million things, but I thought it was about time I popped in for a quick hello. Crissy / mama boss.

In fourth grade, when we were told to copy vocabulary words, I would write them more times than was required, just to write. I love writing. I love putting pen to paper and spilling my thoughts. I love taking pictures. I remember having a collection of disposable cameras. I took pictures of everything. Sunsets, flowers, trees, people. First day of school. The bosslings started school today. It was something Mr. Boss and I had been talking about since we decided to move to Arizona, something I was having a hard time agreeing to, because it meant I had to admit that homeschooling wasn't the right fit for us. That was hard for me. With that decided, we got them all registered and got to meet Z's teacher last week, met C and E's teachers earlier this week, took the kids backpack shopping last night, and today was the big day.

It was so awesome to be able to see them sealed for time and all eternity. The sealer was awesome! My mom was heartbroken. But if you ask me it turned out great! The water was pretty dang good too. She made an ice ring that had mint and thyme in it. It just very lightly flavored the water. Refreshing! Close up of the bassin.
