Monday, March 11, 2013. What Happened At School. An update on Firstborn. Here we sit, just nine weeks out from Summer freedom. Connor seems to have settled into second grade well enough, but we have our episodes. There hadn't been one in quite some time. Until now. I need to start at the beginning, though. It's fairly common knowledge amongst our kindred that we started the ball rolling back in January at Connor's school to have him evaluated for an autism spectrum disorder. What I am after is an approach.

Sunday, May 15, 2011. Here are the last few photos from the mother-daughter banquet. the table above is a "pretty Pink" table and the one below had a butterfly theme. Sunday, June 9, 2013. Pass me a tissue! So, I think i have talked about it here, maybe not. I can't remember anymore. I am too lazy to look back and see right now. I started a while back, hmmmmm maybe a year ago? I felt like i needed to get off my crazy meds. My dose was low, lower than the "recommended" dosage. I had been on them for years! That made me think. a lot. I had not seen life without the numbing grey of my antidepressants in over a decade. Who was I without the meds? What was life really like?
