I never knew how much love a heart could hold, until they called me mom. Wednesday, April 8, 2015. What a way to wake up! We never really got used to Hawaii time. Which wasn't a bad thing because it gave us more time. To enjoy the absolutely beautiful sunrises. The first morning I woke up at about 4:30am. I kept telling myself to just go back to sleep,. Until I realized I was IN HAWAII! And we were only a block away from the beach. And we could watch the sunrise! It was the most amazing, beautiful morning.

I'd been having fairly strong contractions, getting more frequent, since the previous Friday. However, things were only progressing very, very slowly. When I went in that Wed. to be monitored (because I felt her slow down- uh, turns out she just really likes long naps in the afternoon! We waited quite a while in Triage, because all the rooms were full!

We found out we were having a little girl! Our house finally finished and we moved in! We had a our little girl Baylee Mae Jan 21st. (more to come on her). We survived potty training! Devyn turned 2 yrs old! Where has the time gone! We got a puppy in the middle of all this madness! But don't worry he is back to his normal schedule again!

His beautiful heart stopped beating at 11:05 pm. I am grateful he was never too old to hold my hand. I am grateful for his beautiful smile and his gigantic heart.
