I'll wait for the photos from our birth photographer for his birth story, but so far everything is going really well. Not to completely jinx myself, but so far Caleb is a much easier baby than Emersyn was. He likes to sleep (! Life with two is busy, but good. Blake's on paternity leave until Friday, so we'll see how I do by myself, but the last two weeks have been really good for my mama heart.

About Mama Needs Sushi. Thursday, October 31, 2013. 13 Weeks: Baby Crockett 2.0. How big is baby this week? Baby is the size of a peach. May 8, 2014. Well, when I weighed myself once this week I was up 2 lbs, but then two days later I was 1 lb under, so lets just go with still at my starting weight. Headaches, minor spotting, baby flutters, fatigue, and belly. Some sciatic nerve pain, but much less this week. No real aversions, but in the evenings when the nausea is at its worst nothing sounds good.

Babbleing in general is just out of control this month- you are getting so much more vocal! Even though you can't say many other words, you recognize quite a few things if we say them out loud you can point them out.

Braxton Hicks, fatigue, nesting. At my apt on Wednesday I was 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Still sleeping well. Wake up 1-2 times to use the bathroom, but go right back to sleep. That the nursery is almost done! The chair we ordered won't be in until early May, so it won't be finished until then, but it's so close.

Headaches, still an occasional bout with nausea, but in general feeling a lot better. More movement! Fried egg sandwiches, anything I don't have to cook. Usually waking up once to use the bathroom, but great other than that. Not having as much nausea, feeling more connected to baby now that we know the gender. Raw sushi and wine.
