Jalapeño är en perfekt smakkompis till inlagd gurka, det smakar svensk sommar med bett. Det här är min bästa gurka som jag äter som pickles, på mackan, hackad i sås – en bra bas i köket helt enkelt. 2 dl ättiksprit (12%). 1-2 gröna jalapeño eller annan chili. 2 tsk hel vitpeppar. 5 dillkronor eller 1 msk gula senapsfrön.
