The hardest thing about living with depression/anxiety, albeit a controlled one, is feeling like my emotions are the enemy. I have a constant inner dialog questioning my every thought. Am I too happy? Is this me or the crazy? I begin to obsess and I feel the panic crawling in. No, chill out! We can’t go down this road again! Is it okay that I feel disappointed?
