Where every day is good and some days are even better. Monday, November 28, 2011. It's no secret to anyone who has been around me lately.I'm struggling to be where I need to be at all times and get everything done. Basically, I'm too busy! Lunch with Miss Joy. Aunt Lindsay and Aunt Sam took Abbie on her yearly birthday shopping trip the week before the big day. She is very interested in clothes so instead of the Sunshine Mall they decided on Town Square this year where they hit H&M, The Hello Kitty S...

The Thompson's: March 2010
http://paulandlaurathompson.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 8, 2010. So, I have a million reasons why I haven't updated in so long but, instead of dwelling on that, it is simply time to move on and write about what's been happening lately. As I said, the kids first day was Seth's birthday. They both really like their teachers and we have really enjoyed being so close to the school that we can just walk. The first day, Cooper kept calling out for them and asking where they went. Much of November was spent awaiting Preston's arrival. Before he cam...

Thursday, May 8, 2008. A visit from Sarah (Marissa, Grandma and Grandpa too). This is one of Sarah's first documented smiles. Izzy loved feeding her. Since I breastfeed she had never had a chance to give a baby a bottle. Seth wanted to hold her too. That Friday, Isabelle was given the all clear from the doctor to return to school and normal activity. We celebrated by going to the park on Saturday after conference. Cooper enjoys his basket. The kids new sunglasses. Cooper trying on Seth's glasses.

Where every day is good and some days are even better. Thursday, January 19, 2012. My Grandma Florence passed just after Christmas. The funeral was just over a week ago and our little family met the rest of my family up in Utah for the special day. And it truly was special.with opera signing and the beauty of a guitar, three absolutely lovely speakers and lunch and a graveside service with our wonderful family. Until we meet again Grandma Flo! The Thompsons: December 2011
http://trippnali.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Where every day is good and some days are even better. Friday, December 30, 2011. Christmas was pretty quiet this year. Tripp and I decided we were too beat to go anywhere so we hunkered down here and really didn't do even 75% of the usually holiday "stuff" we normally fit in. But we had a nice time all the same. Tripp took the week before and after Christmas off work and that was present enough for everyone. Daddy takes one photo before the girls charge down. That evening we were invited to eat lasagna ...

The Thompsons: 4th of July
http://trippnali.blogspot.com/2012/09/4th-of-july.html
Where every day is good and some days are even better. Friday, September 7, 2012. Every year we go to Duck Creek with the Marz family for the 4th of July. Sadly, the wildfires took their toll on our part of the wilderness this year and although we were blessed and didn't sustain any damage, the part of the forest that houses our cabin was shut down for the holiday weekend. The Thompson's: First Day of School and Cooper Walking
http://paulandlaurathompson.blogspot.com/2008/09/first-day-of-school-and-cooper-walking.html
Monday, September 1, 2008. First Day of School and Cooper Walking. Izzy started school last week. She loves her teacher and has been very excited to go to school. We walked everyday last week (up a giant hill). Maybe if we keep it up I will finally lose my last 15 lbs from having Cooper. I forgot the camera that morning so here is a picture after school. What a cute little outfit for the first day of school! I love seeing how excited they get. September 3, 2008 at 12:10 PM. September 4, 2008 at 6:57 PM.
